The expiration date of your membership is indicated in the second paragraph of this e-mail. It is also indicated on the “Welcome” screen after you log in to the ISACA web site (www.isaca.org).> What is the process for renewing my membership?Renewing online is possible beginning in October of the year your membership expires. A hard copy renewal invoice is mailed in November. If applicable, CISA and CISM certifications can also be renewed at the same time you renew your membership.> Can I cancel my membership and receive a refund or a partial refund?No rebate of dues is available upon early termination of membership.> How can I change my chapter affiliation?You can change your ISACA chapter by logging into the ISACA web site at www.isaca.org and clicking ‘My Profile’. Once you make this change, you will be included on your new chapter’s roster, and they will then include you on all chapter notifications, mailings, etc. If you wish to contact them first, you can obtain their contact information at www.isaca.org/chapters.> Do I have to belong to a local chapter?If you live or work within 50 miles/80 km of a chapter's territory, you must belong to a chapter and pay both local chapter dues and international dues. A listing of chapters and their dues can be found at www.isaca.org/chapdues.> What are my payment options when I place an order online?On the payment screen of your online order you have the option to either pay by American Express, MasterCard, Diners Club, VISA, check or bank/wire transfer. To select a form of payment, click on the drop-down menu arrow next to the text, ‘American Express’, and make your selection. Then follow the prompts. If you choose bank/wire transfer or check payment, you will arrive at a screen containing further details to assist you in making your payment.
